Anyone who has ever experienced the feeling of moving silently through the snow-covered landscape will not let the cross-country sport finish so quickly next time. Cross-country skiers will not only find a varied terrain in the Klostertal between Bludenz and the Arlberg but also best-maintained trails. We have the appropriate equipment for you.

Cross-country ski trail: “Sonnenkopf” -> Klösterle
This trail starts near the Sonnenkopf valley station, continues in Danöfen and finishes in the center of Klösterle. Most parts of the trail are along the river “Alfenz”. The snow-covered cross-country trail is suitable for beginners and advanced cross country skiers. It is 7 km long and the difference in altitude is 100 meters. 6 km of the trail are floodlit until 11pm.

Cross-country ski trail: “Sonnenkopf” -> Dalaas
Now the other direction – from the Sonnenkopf valley station to Dalaas. This trail is about 4 km one way and the difference in altitude is about 200 meters. The route mainly follows the river “Alfenz” through forests. Finish: “Kristbergsaal” in the center of Dalaas. From there you can either skate the same way back or catch the bus to Sonnenkopf.
