| RENTAL
TERMS |
| The
renter is fully responsible for the rental
object.
The renter may not give the rental
object on to another person. |
| The
rental bill is at rents begin to pay.
ID could also
be asked for where needed.

| The
rental object in not insured. If lost,
stolen or damaged due to reckless use,
the renter will be asked to pay the value
of the object or the repair costs.
|
| The
renter can pay 10% of the ski rental price
to cover against theft.
Deductibles: VIP 90€, TOP 70€, Basic 40€,
Junior and Bambini each 20€. |
| In
case of theft the renter must make a statement to the local police.
|
| The
consecutive day rental price is only for
consecutive days. By trading up
into a higher
category, the difference will be paid
as stated on the price list.

| Return
of the equipment before the end
of the contract will result in
the return of the remaining amount. When renting
after 3.30pm the rental price will start
the next day. When returned
before 9.30am the given day will not
be charged.

| Rental equipment that
are in our depot are taken as rented. |
| The renter may not adjust the
binding that we have set himself/herself.
With the signature the renter agrees that all personal data given is correct.
